Return & Withdrawal Policy

Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you (or a third party you designate) receive the last item of your order. If the withdrawal period ends on a weekend or public holiday, it is extended to the next working day.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can either:

• Log in to your account at https://account.cuircoven.com/orders and submit a return request, or
• Contact us directly at cuircoven@gmail.com with your order number and a clear statement of your decision to withdraw.

Returning Items

Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, you must return the items without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us. Items must be returned in their original condition.

Refunds

We will process your refund within 72 hours of receiving the returned items. We will refund the full purchase price including standard outbound shipping costs. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exemptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to items marked as final sale. This only applies to our Vintage selection.
